Sticked, even though I don't agree with it 100%.

You completely insist on using eBOTD, even though it's one of the worst possible choices for a BvB, which you even state below (from info copied from diabloii.net). The +30 all stats are handy, but damagewise, it will never compare to Grief (neither will it in any other aspect). It sucks. Only options are Grief/Fury/gozu rare BA (just saw one @d2jsp a few days ago).

Also, if you only have 10k ar without prebuff, something is wrong. You should have way more than that.

There is no way that a BvB will ever beat a Windy. Ever.

And for Christ's sake, why can no-one spell Loits' name?

edit: by the way, forget about Pheonix. You will need ~400 DEX for max block with it, and without block you'll get torn apart.
