I use the following and can kill all the mini-ubers (Lilith, Duriel, Izual) within 60 seconds and do Uber Tristram in about 3 minutes with no deaths (I say 3 minutes cuz sometimes I get swarmed by the spawns on the way to the next and gotta kill a few >_<)
Helm: Um Shako
Ammy: 2/2 Seraphs
Shield: Sacred Rondache Eth Exile (+29 All Resist)
Weapon: Last Wish PB (This fkn OWNS grief)
Armor: +14% ED Sup Chains of Honor
Belt- 30/15 Dungos
Rings - 2x RavenFrost (Both have 15 Dex)
Gloves - Draculs
Boots - Gore Riders (but working on Upping my goblin toes
)
17/17 Ptorch
All this is rather fkn expensive, but to be totally honest as long as Lifetap gets up and your resists are maxed and you dont slip on the smite key and you got a few rejuvs, you are all graVy (Now i think about it, I cant remember the last time I had to use a rejuv >_<)
All you really need is Grief/Eth Exile/Draculs/Max Resists. But honestly Crushing blow is the way to go, so get equipment that puts you over 60% CB
