3 to max damage/20 attack rating/20 life small charm 3/20/20. Usually used by bvcs (barbs built for killing casters) but can also be turned into a half assed bvb/bva if necessary but requires different setups and its not as efficient as the real thing. hence a bvc will not be able to kill a good bvb barb.
