Rings: Any leech rings really, i suggest some nice *Rare* leech rings, because you get all the nice little bonuses.

I suggest getting a Act 2 Defencive Hell merc (For more defence).
Weapon: Eth Pride.
Armor: Eth Fornitude.
Helm: Eth Gaze with Ber.
Of course on the switch, you will need to items with +3 warcry.
I also suggest getting Wc gcs with +30 life.
