Stop plz you don't know what your talking about, you don't know what an item id is, and your makeing me sick. It changes the item id, thus makeing the item permanent.
I don't know for sure if it works on wiz gloves, I never said it did, you just made a retarded assumption about what you think you know( very little) but upping an item perms it, go to ebay, and look... realize that your dragging out something that you have no experience in, so just stop. BTW most items that are worth something on diablo are already elite, or can't be upped IE CHARMS JEWELS RINGS AND AMMYS thus can't be uped? retarded=you, think about it "moron", excluding runes, which can be upped, and you know what, even dupes become premanent after that, know why?
