I would have to agree with everyone above but without the negativity. Luckilly for you, I understand your question.
It is about the 1300+ items you downloaded in the downloads section of d2sector.net. You will need to unzip them to a folder. Its best to make your own folder so you dont lose it. Maybe even inside the diablo 2 save folder; your choice of course.
unfortunately it looks like that zip is 1.09 version so there is a slim chance it'll work for 1.11b but you can try anyways.
Next, get hero editor (or shadowmaster depending on which version you intend on playing) and open a character, go to the inventory tab and rightclick in the inventory and click import, browse for your folder with the stuff in it and click the item you want. When you are finished, click save; its located at the bottom.
but please remember these items will NOT work on closed battle.net. only on open.
