In order patch farcast, you would need a massive update for D2 (well, they're probably working on it right now since there hasn't been a reset for over a year). Patching Farcast would also get rid of mmbot all the other annoying noobly shit like breakpoint mod.

I'm no expert in the field, but I can tell you that this would require heavy changes to the way the game works. At least that's what I've been told ~~
