It is not uncommon to be awakened at 6 A.M.EST by a neighbor cranking up their plane to go fly.They sometimes knock over the garbage cans on Thursdays when they go by. Hell the stops signs in my neighborhood are about a foot tall. This is for wing clearance. The rules here are *Planes have the right of way*...and so you pull over and let them pass. The simple reason is that planes can not back up....and the first time I was head to head with one was hilarious.I sat thinking to myself *big plane...propeller running...ok you win* I backed into a driveway,and then learned the rules.
