A similar tool exists for all versions of starcraft to reveal the cd-key, but it wont be public cause its dangerous. It could be used the steal easily someone's cd-key.
If you lost your cd-key, you can use a more complicated way to retrieve your cd-key. Your cd-key is inside stardat.mpq. Save your stardat.mpq file to a safe location. Make a new fresh starcraft installation with a fake cd-key (for example: 3333-3333.....). No broodwar installation is necessary. Patch up this starcraft to any version that is supported by this cd-key grabber:
cdkgrab
After it you should overwrite the stardat.mpq file in your starcraft directory with the old one you saved. Now start starcraft, and use the cd-key grabber.
