a) they would improve them and maybe learn another thing or 2.
b) when other people come, they read a guide that works. This one doesn't. If I went to a site and read a half-assed guide, trusted it, since it was approved by mods and then made a seriously underpowered character, I'd be pretty dam pissed.
The point of this section is not to suck each others' ****s. The idea is to help those who need it, and as a moderator of this, I only allow quality adivce. Don't like it? Well GTFO then.
