People do this kind of stuff all the time in Runescape, where they trade account names that are very original. The way you do it is, post a screenshot that shows that there are no recoveries, and no way to get the account back once you lose it. Then, if you trust the person, just trade, or you can hire a trusted person that you give the stuff to. The person owning the account gives the pass to the trusted person. The trusted person gives the pass to the person buying the account, and gives the items to the account seller. I would do it, but you probably don't trust me, since I have 3 posts on this account (lost pass to Darkemperor121).
