You needn't necessarily walk around, if you want to spam more than 1 Tornado before teleing away, or tornadolock, you will be sitting like a duck. Do you actually have a Windy? Your knowledge on them seems very limited.

However, be my guest and make a Windy with 1 point in Oak xD

And having more points in other summons just means that your opponents will be able to leech more life and mana off them, however they will still die in 1 hit.
