Ok I'm pretty here's how sure it goes:

If you put the Ber in the Shako, You're safe so don't worry. People who dupe runes just make ruenwords right away so they don't worry about poofing.

The only way the rune could poof out of the item is if blizz ran a Full Rust-storm. But they've only ever did this once, when they released .10. And if they were to do this(which they probably won't), you Shako would remain just the Ber in it would poof.

last season i had duped runes in items poof like i had a coh without the ber then next game it poofed
