make it this
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -direct -txt

WRITE EVERYTHING THATS IN BOLD
Usually it doesnt work with nightlight, or at least for me it didnt, doesnt matter anyway. you MUST use d2loader
