Of course it's wrong, people work hard to program that shit. It's also wrong for companies to charge up to thousands of dollars for a program that you don't get free upgrades to, and that won't last you forever. It's wrong, but that doesn't stop Microsoft from charging $499.99 For Xp Pro, it doesn't stop Adobe from charging $10,000.00 for Adobe Fontfolio. If it being just plain wrong won't stop them from ripping people off, then why should the fact that piracy is wrong stop me from downloading whatever the fux I want?
