If you want to change it just bypass your router and go straight into your computer with your modem.
Then you have to type ipconfig/release in command prompt.
then go to properties on the connection you are using in control panel and go to the tcp/ip thing in the box and push properties
then click manually enter ip, and just enter a bunch of numbers and hit ok.
Then go back in and click automatically find ip then go back to the command prompt and type in ipconfig/renew
You should have a new Ip
