if by gearing you mean someone gave it to you then yes it's possible. you'd be lucky to find a full sig set in 5 hours.

legit, in classic there aren't any runewords or superpowerful uniques. you have to hunt rares with the best stats. so the chances go up exponentially everytime you want a good mod added to a weapon.

i found this belt in classic, unfortunatley it was a light belt but i up'd it when i switched to Lod. this is probably top 3 best rare belts ever found in classic.
