I don't know about you guys but many states have legalized the medical use of MJ. In California if you have a prescription obtained from a doctor, MJ can be legally used as a treatment for a number of illnesses. This law makes MJ a medicine. Hence the word medical MJ. But the key word is medical use. The government realizes Cannabis as a legit medicine, for medicinal usage.
