Actually, the only things you'd have to add to your normal sequence are:

- Go to WP after shenk
- Go to Meph WP
- Send Autotele Hotkey
- Bla bla attack
- Bla bla loot
- TP?
- Goto Summoner WP
- Send Autotele Hotkey
- Blabla attack

etc.
