That is correct, and was assumed anyways. However, don't think of it as waiting to reset for patch; think of it as them waiting to release the patch to reset the ladder (since they could reset anytime with a simple flick of the wrist, but they must wait until they complete and finish testing the patch on the beta server).

We don't have any release dates given, as they don't want to be forced to finish by that date.
