The definition of a drug is anything that alters your body to work in a way that it normally wouldnt. With the tough economic situation we are in right now, it could be a very valuable source of income for the government. I have tried it and these are facts from personal experience: yes, it does make you rather dumb for a few months if you do a lot, it causes you to be amotivational and a little unproductive. I think it should be legalized but only be able to be used in a private area such as your home or friend's house. Driving while under the influence of **** should be illegal. Its not physically addictive like a cigarrette but can cause some phychological addictiveness if you let it get to your head. In my opinion, it's both a drug and an herb
