Hey.

I've got a solution that worked for me, but use it at your own risk. Don't know if it helps blizzard detecting the bot.

In the file "d2nt foler/scripts/starter.ntj" change the line "var gameMinLength = 180000;" to something like 120000. I used 60000 but try and see if 120000 helps you first.
That made the bot creat games as i specified in the character configuration file. Wich was 5000 = 5sec.
