D2MR works great for me.
I use it when rushing people and it can be a real life saver on some maps like The Durance of Hate.
Because it doesn't inject any code (Correct me if I'm wrong) it doesn't have any fancy features like the some of the ones I remember from 1.08/09, but that's what make them detectable.
This one is Undetectable, and would require an update to detect. However as with all hacks, I still recommend caution and use is at your own risk.
