Edit the pickit, this thread should help with the magic and rare items.

It's otherwise pretty self explanatory for items such as runes/keys/uniques.

If you need help I can guide you through, but it'll be asking alot to code you a pretty decent pickit.
If you decide to pick keys remember, they fill up your inventory fast, so make sure you are checking it a lot.
