You can run multiple D2NTs on the same computer but you would need different Keys, it is impossible to log onto BNet twice via the same key. You will get a "This CDKey is already in use by <Name>" error and it will stop trying to log you on. To run multiple windows of D2NT on seperate keys though there is a guide stickied in the "Diablo II -> Bots Hacks and Editors" forum.
