You need a program that allows you to make CDKey MPQs, requires both classic and expansion. Make multiple keys using different names and put them all in your corresponding D2 folder. Put the file names in your D2NT Manager when editing a profile.

There was another way I heard about, not sure if it works but it does not require an extra program to generate MPQs of your CDKeys. That is to copy your CDKey.Mpq in your diablo folder somewhere, rename it. Then uninstall D2 and re-install it using a Different set of CDKeys. Repeat as necessary and it is obviously time consuming to do.
