Help, bot keeping unid rare wands... 1/3

I've been trying to fix this for a couple days...
Re-worked it last night, have used the provided script from this site and a few things of my own.

For some reason, bot keeps UNID rare wands... but I don't have any wands to keep on here at all.
Was hoping someone could see what I might be overlooking.
