Man have you downloaded the D2NT from this page?

D2NT 3.1 and NTBot 4.2 - Downloads - Blizzard Sector - Diablo 3, Starcraft II, WoW, Diablo 2, Trading, Downloads, Editors, Items, Forums

also guide to set it right:

just skip to step 6) and after finnishing settings try to run it as Admin...
