You may want to check your pickit first of all. I always go through my pickit myself and have it pick stuff that I want, just to make sure its not skipping over something.
Second, I would suggest cutting down on the number of bosses you do.

I personally prefer just doing count, summoner, mephisto, nith, and thresh. You can add diablo if you're good enough, but don't bother clearing the whole thing. Just make sure it takes like three mins.

And I wouldn't sacrifice good items for the extra mf, but using shako and enigma is good for the hdin and enigma is necessary.
