Hi, i am using d2nt3.3 to bot my sorc. I included a script that allow my meteorb sorc to teleport when monster get to close to my sorc to prevent her from suffering too much damage and chicken and it work pretty well. However sometime, this also cause my sorc to chicken out.
How's this so. Sometime when my sorc meet fire and ice immune, she will alway shoot fireball (useless) but i'm ok with that. But it is normal for human player to walk away and let the merc deal with it after you static. But my sorc with the above script will keep teleport away when the monster get too close and my merc have very little chance to hit the monster. And it will take a whole lot of time away for that particular monster to be kill. And the worst combination for monster mode which cause me to chicken 100% of the time is fire and ice immune with holyfreeze aura and extra fast... I think you all can see why is it so. When monster get too close to me, i tele away. And when i teleport away, the merc is with me after i tele away (common sense). The problem is my merc is freeze up due to the holyfreeze aura from the monster, it will move extremely slow away from me to reach the monster, combine with the fast mode, cause him not to land any hits on the monster before i teleport again... During all this time, i am still casting fireball till my potions is finish and chicken out..For your information, i am using a holyfreeze merc and that does not have much effect on that particular monster. I wonder how should i deal with that...
If possible, please give me some ideas, skipping fire/ice immune boss is out of question as i am running countess (Fire and ice immune)
