4) I DL the battle.net versions available (without cds) and tried again : still unworking on Europe. US WEST, EAST and ASIA are doing good.
About the firewall : I've only got avast!, the free version, and the odd thing is that it works on US East & West and Asia. But I need Europe !! smartass2
try what I had sent you in your pm and you can let me know how that goes

EDIT - also look in your D2 folder and see if you have a file named - bncache.dat - you can delete it or to play safe move it like to your desktop and then do the reboot of computer - reset ip if you can - then try to connect
