Thats what I used to always get too, I knew where the file was to delete, norton found it but I went there and looked, even look hidden files it wasn't there, was Caled Tips.ini, in C:Windows\Web, its such a pain in the ***...

I don't know what to do here to help you out, I couldn't get rid of it... Sad
