firstly for insane attack speed and dam you need insane strenght and insane DEX and light or medium armor
then MAX frenzy MAX sword mastery MAX increse speed
Two one handed swords !!!!!NOTICE!!!! swords and must have ignore target DEF LIKE scewer of krintiz and light saber ( or two of lightsabres or krintiz)
i had with the equipment trayne and buddies gave me frenzy damage ( SLV 4 ) 110-301 and an insane attack speed propably 6~10 hits per sec. and 2 X skewer of krintiz EQP. so ignore DEF so that is some nasty dueler
