Hmmm... so I wonder if Marrowwalks are the only item with charges greater than lvl 20. I'm thinking telekinesis in particular though because of the energy shield synergy... if you got a lvl 32 kinesis charge you'd lose 0 mana when energy shield absorbs. Surely you see the possibilities.
