You sir are mis-informed.

1)This is a BETA, things will change. The 1.10 you are playing now will be totally different than the one released on the realms.

2)Ladder only means (New Ladder Only, SP and TCP/IP). Its does not mean, already created characters on battle.net.

Hope this clears up some stuff.
