Signature Border

1.Start with a new document any size (for this tutorial i use 420x120) transparent background


2.Fill it with white


3.Grab you polygonal lasso tool


4.Cut out the areas you do not want


5.Next select your magic wand tool


and select the white area



6.Go to edit > fill and choose or color what ever you wish (for the tutorial i used a pattern)

7.Right click the layer and select blending options and use the settings below



8.Now add your image


9.Next in the layers pallete drag the border layer above the image layer


should look like this


10.Add some text and your done
