Ok, we need some talented decoders here, see if you guys can try and figure this shit out Because I certainly couldn't. Its in simplified chinese, and some other fcuked symbols, and please before downloading this, make sure you know how to use WIN.RAR

When you are extracting this stuff, it says sh!t but its in Symbols and simplified chinese and very hard to read. SO I need your help. ITS VERY LIKELY this isnt a dupe but incase it is, some could check it out
