1. There is no need to remove any Open Battlenet editors Blizzard doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell of enforcing you to remove them as it actively promotes Modding . Open Battle net editing = modding . This is why Phrozenkeep and Ladderhall have never been targeted. In fact when i started nightshiver.com i emailed Blizzard and sent them a link to my Downloads .... They never responded
why beacuse they dont have a leg to stand on.
2. With Closed realm its a tad more perilous , However Maphack is sold ...lol
and they havent shut mousepad down in addition all the crap about what they own and dont own etc and ebay still sells items so i would tell them to blow it out there A## until they can demonstrate a committment and get all the sales off ebay and the sites selling hacks like Maphack and d2jsp of the WEB
put simply there bluffing any court action would have to show on there behalf an active attempt to close down the large operators Diabloworld, Blizzhackers, Mousepad and D2jsp otherwise you can simply argue retriction of trade As blizzard donot license sites for hacked Dls its a one in all in scenario.
anyway good job on the site spitfire it just keeps on improving
