Heh the gems are pretty much worthless. Keep them to yourself for you to reroll charms to get like a +to skills charm or life charms or 290's or 3 20 20's or something.

You *might* be able to trade the 6% MF jewel for something worthwhile, like a stealskull or something. My Hell Cow MF zon is currently looking for that useful helm.

Other than that, I seriously doubt you will be able to get something good, even if you trade all of it at once.
