hey im making a wolf barb... for anyone who doesnt know what that is its a barbarian that wheres the helm "wolf howl" and he can transform into a werewolf.
i was just wondering... is this char build worth it ?? i already have the helm to make him go to werewolf and i have the bonehew im going to use.
i maxed polearm mastery, concentrate, and BO. ( ill put skill points into something else good too)
for one do you think he is going to be good and will concentrate even work in werewolf form ?
i have seen one of these builds a long time ago when i just started (bout a year ago) and he was doing pretty well. this char is only for dueling.

No, I don't think you can use any of the barb's skills in wolf worm, including BO.

You can always BO before you shapeshift.
If you gonna make a wolf barbar, make sure your wolfhowl has 6+ to fereal rage, werewolf and lycantrophy. Last one is not as important. Fereal rage is your attack, so you better have 6+ to it. I never made one like this, but i have batteled a few of them. I can try to make a build wich seems good for me, though i cant guarantie its the best setup. :S
112% is the breakepoin for werewolf with fereal rage when you use a BA.
Skills:
20 Battle Orders
1 Battle Command
20 Axe Mastery
16 Natural Resistance (This is when all skill+ equipment is counted)
1-5 Increased Speed
20 Shout
Rest into Iron Skin
Gear:
Helm:
Wolfhowl
Weapon: 60%
BotD BA
Shield:
Stormshield
Armor:
CoH (No point in enigma in werewolf shape)
Gloves:
Draculas Grasp
Belt:
Nosferatu
Boots:
Gore Rider
Amulet: 20%
Highlords

Wolf Barb's are only good melee, but having the bp of 50%DR wouldn't be un-missed. Stormshield=35, and Verdungo's=15. So that's your 50%DR, and a BotD zerk axe, has good damage, and with feral rage can be devastating. But a Last Wish Zerk would be nice to max CB, with goreriders, and steelrends'. And the lvl 17 might aura is also nice, since they lack the damage.

I never made one but I've seen them in duels and they are actually pretty good. They can run fast and can take alot of hits.

I've never found a Wolf Howl helm. What difficulty do they drop in? I've got access to all three with both my Druid and my Barbarian, and I've never seen one. confused:

I one had a wolfhowl...quit diablo and left it on mule which deleted. But this sounds like a pretty cool build, i've never even seen a wofl barb b4. 7.5k life and lvl43 warcries like terror said and you'd be pretty good. Can these guys PvM though just wondering.
