I don't know why, but for some odd reason I enjoy hydras. Sure any decent sized air unit (ex: carrier, bc, guardian) can obliterate them, but in massive quantities and with the right positioning/upgrades mass hydras can be just brutal.

hydras rock the casbah, they are lethal when theyre upped and are very cheap early game. plus you can mass them very quickly.

hahaha great analogy, only problem with them is that theyre a bit slower than other units in my opinion. But i still love emlaugh:

i like battlecruisers best. In large groups, battlecruisers can own just about anything.

Out of all the units available in this poll, the clear winner would be the Hydralisk. They are cheap, they can be mass-produced in a short period of time. And they are very strong w/ the proper upgrades. A group of upgraded hydra can easily take down the very expensive Battlecruiser, Carrier, etc.

true. a group of hydralisks will be able to do one attack from each unit and the group will keep on attacking even after one unit is killed. the battlecruiser can only kill one unit at a time and often it will "overkill" or inflict more damage than the unit needs to die from, wasting valuable time that it could be using to kill the rest of the units and eventually succumbing to the group that can quickly and cheaply replenish lost members
