PvP Summoning necro by bobsmith10
I have decided to make this guide because I have not been able to find a full build anywhere, and I hope that this will help out anybody who is looking to make a summoning necro.

1. Breakpoints:
Faster Cast Rate:
0-15
9-14
18-13
30-12

Faster Hit Recovery:
0-13
5-12

So all that this mean is that if your faster cast rate, or fcr, is 9% then it will take you 14 frames to cast a spell, and for faster hit recovery, or fhr, it is the same idea only with healing and not casting spells. With this build you will meet the breakpoint for 75fcr and 152fhr.
2. Stats:
Strength:
Just enought to be able to wear your gear, there is no need to add extra points into your strength, and if you have perfect gear then you should not need to put any points into this.
Dexterity:
Same as strength, you only need enough to wear you gear and with perfect gear you should not need to put anything into this.
Vitality:
All of your points should go into this, you are going to want a lot of health for this build.
Energy:
None, you will have enough with your gear, and after you get all you summons you will only really need this for teleporting and casting your curses evey now and again.
3. Gear:
Helm:
Harlequin Crest:
-+2 all skills
-10% damage reduced
-+2 attributes
-plus to life
-plus to mana
Amour:
Enigma in Mage Plate:
-+1 teleport
-+2 all skills
-plus to strength
-8% damage reduced
You should use mage plate because It has low enough strength requirements that you will not need to put any points into strength, but also will have better defense than other low strength amours such as breast plate.
Weapon:
Beast in Ettin Axe:
-level 9 fanaticism
-plus to strength
Beast is the weapon of choice for most summoning necros because of fanaticism. It gives you skeletons that extra little boost that is going to give you the edge over necros who use Heart of the Oak or Arm of King Leoric. Also I say use an ettin axe mostly because that is the axe with the best damage with the lowest strength and dexterity requirements that can be used for beast.
Shield:
Spirit in Monarch:
-+2 all skills
-+35% fcr
-+55% fhr
-+22 vitality
-plus to resistances
I chose the Spirit over Homunculus or Darkforce Spawn only because Spirit has fhr which is needed to reach the 152 breakpoint which is standard for most builds.
Gloves:
Trang-Oul's Claws:
-+20% fcr
-+2 To Curses
-+30% Cold Resist
Boots:
Marrowwalk:
-plus to Skeleton Mastery
-plus to strength
-plus to dexterity
-10% Regenerate Mana
Belt:
Arachnid Mesh:
-+1 all skills
-20% fcr
-5% Increases Maximum Mana
Amulet:
Mara's Kaleidoscope:
-+2 all skils
-plus to all resistances
-+5 all attributes
Rings:
Stone of Jordan:
-+1 all skills
-25% Increase Maximum Mana

Raven Frost:
-Cannot Be Frozen
-plus to dexterity

-20% cold absorb
A second Stone of Jordan can be used instead of the Raven Frost I you really don't care about you and you summons being frozen.
Charms:
Hellfire Torch:
-+3 necro skills
-plus to attributes
-plus to all resistances
Annihilus:
-+1 all skills
-plus to attributes
-plus to all resistances
-extra experience gained
Grand Charms:
-+1 Necro Summoning skills
-+12% fhr
The 12% fhr is needed on all grand charms to reach the 152% breakpoint.
Small Charms:
-+5 all resistances
-+20 life
Skills:
Skeleton Mastery - 20
This will make all of your skeletons and revives have more health and do more damage.
Raise Skeleton - 20
These are what you are going to use as a main attack, the higher this skill the more skeletons you have and the stronger they are.
Raise Skeleton mage - 20
Same Idea as Raise Skeleton except these ones have range.
Clay Golem - 1
Only one point is needed into this because you golem is basically a meat shield that can slow your opponents.
Golem Mastery - 1
Same Idea as Skeleton Mastery but for your golem instead.
Summon Resist - 1
Only one point is needed into this because with all the pluses to summoning skills that you have it will give your summons a good amount of resistances.
Revive - 1
Once again only one point is needed because with all the pluses to summoning skill you have you will get a whole lot of revives. Also when summoning revives find larger monsters because they will act as better meat shields when teleporting.
Bone Amour - 20
This is the same idea and damage reduction. You will want this to be a high level because it will make you take less damage.
Bone Spear - 3
Bone Spirit - 11
Three and Eleven may seem strange but this will be what you skill level will be at when you are level 95. Three and eleven are used even tho Bone Spirit will be you main attack when summoning your skeletons because Bone Spirit will do more damage then if you were just to put points straight into Bone Spirit and leave Bone Spear at level one.
Bone Wall - 1
Bone Prison - 1
These are used mainly for their synergistic effects, but can also be fun if you want to mess around.
Decrepify - 1
This will be you main curse to use against you opponents because it slows them down making the an easier target for you summons to get at, and also amplifies the damage done to them.
There you have it a guide for your summoning necros. I do not have any strategics for this build so you are just going to have to mess around and fin out what you like to do, but the basics of it is summon you summons, cast decrepify on you opponent then teleport beside them and let your summons do the rest, while staying at a safe distance.
