I'm only on US East SC NON LADDER, so for anyone else, sorry
Cows - Norm, NM, Hell. For leveling mostly.
Rushes - A1 to A5 only. I don't have a second CDKey or else I could do a full Glitch Rush
Quests - Skills / stats, whatever you need.
Waypoints - I got them all.
