Gerald Arthur "Jerry" Sandusky (born January 26, 1944)[SUP][1][/SUP] is a retired American football coach. In November 2011, he was arrested and charged with 40 counts of sexual abuse of young boys over a 15-year period.[SUP][2][/SUP]

Sandusky served as an assistant coach for his entire career, mostly at Pennsylvania State University under Joe Paterno, and was one of the most notable major college football coaches never to have held a head coaching position. He received Assistant Coach of the Year awards in 1986 and 1999.[SUP][3][/SUP]

Reped you for this one!!! Sexual crimes are often difficult to come forward with.I AM following this....yes...I have been a rape victim...hard to prove and didn't want my personal life in scrutiny....

The attacks on those that are young...is especially heinous in my eyes. They are ashamed to come forward....this then empowers the perpetrator to continue.
