IAS related to ww

Does IAS affect ww speed or ww hit speed? Im making a axe ww barb and I wanted to know if I should put 40/15 ias in my arreat and ss or 40/15 max.

I don't think it affects Whirlwind speed, or the hit speed. I'd go with the 40/15 max even if it did increase the speed though.

well, ias is maxed in botd so u swing the highest % of times, but u could always use more ias, i think the next bp after 40 is 75

Yeah, I'd believe so. Wouldn't be any need for it, hell, if you WW'd slower that might be better, more hits longer WW.

Only IAS on the wep will work with WW.

Say your wep had 40 ias and you have another 40 ias from jewels and stuff in your gear.

When you normal attack it will use 80 ias but if you ww it only uses 40 the 40 from your wep.

40/15 maxs only work in weaps anymore,you will get less dmg with a 40/15 max than a 40-15 ias in helms shields and armors,also the ias will help with zerk,conc,stun

lol i dont think u can get any faster on ww UNLESS u do frenzy then ww u go fast as hell
