178 Legit 1.10 Final items help please

i cant figure out how to get 178 Legit 1.10 Final items to work, is iit like on battlenet or single player and how to put it in. any help would be loved thanks:devilish:

it only works for single u need an editor like hero editor than open hero right click in a clear space in ur stash or inventory and click import item then find the item click open and u should have item
