290s AND 32020s?

dupes are constantly being deleted. usually they go undetected but i have had many 290s and 32020s deleted. even though i havent played in about half a year, i don't expect blizzard just sat back and stopped monitoring dupes.

290's are 290 psn dmg small charms, right? and what is the deal with 32020s? that's not that good unless you manage to get 30 of em or something, what is the level required to access the bonuses?

I've heard blizzard might be deleting them but I doubt it. In any case I'm done with 3/20/20's and 290's due to the fact that I traded for 22x 3/20/20 and lost all of them in under 30 minutes.
