Instead of annigrab, just get Shady's helpme. It's a neat little program in which when someone drops an item its like an intown tele. Except it has a neat little "helping" feature for drop trades, if you drop an item and then the other person drops their item (like for anni trades) when you pick your item back up, it instantly teles to the other item and attempts to pick it up.

where do u get shady's helpme? or is it in the downloads section... hmmm ill check
