Urgent Mod Please read

Ok, I might know the answer to my problem but i need a mods reasurence because im not 100% sure...All of a sudden my signature disapeared and my avatar also. I thought i heard something the other day by spitfire saying we might have to start paying to upload not sure though so i was wondering why they arent there any more...so mod please help.

I know that i know a website to upload i was curious also now my sig just came back my avatar isnt its like sometimes there there sometimes there not

Well my avatar hasnt been there for a day sense it was gone..

Well what i did is i just reuploaded it but i would still just like to know why it happen...

Kemwing, if you were talking about yesterday that your signature and avatar werent there they probably just didnt load correctly on your computer, because yesterday i was on the forum and both your signature and avatar were showing on my computer.
