How do u upload pic from Adobe?

I made a pretty cool sig using adobe but im not sure how to get it from adobe to d2 sector but even if i did know how also i have another problem its not letting me save it as a gif. I used like a normal border and what not with a couple of cool pics then took it to image ready make a flashy name (yea im learning how to use adobe ) well now it will only let me save it as a jpeg and html but apart from that lets say i do get it to a gif how do i bring it to d2. (if u can answer the gif problem thatd be great also)

Edit- Im fully aware that murder man made a tut about this but i need to know how to do it from ur computer not the internet...

ummm no he didnt? he resized/cropped it and so what if he did at least it wasnt an icon of a member here at d2s. ok heres what you do kurups:
1.Save the sig as a .JPG in photoshop but keep a .PSD of it incase you want to change it
2. Upload the sig onto D2s via the file uploader
3. Set it as your sig
